- AVANTECHNO F-series automated filling and weighing systems for bulk materials and powder coating applications
Company history
AVANTECHNO was founded in 2001 as an engineering integration company focused on the development, implementation, and promotion of advanced repair technologies for heavy-duty industrial machinery. In its early years, the company worked extensively with portable boring and welding equipment from various manufacturers, gaining practical field experience in industrial repair applications. Through this hands-on experience, the team identified limitations and design weaknesses in existing solutions and began developing improved approaches to mobile machining technologies.
In 2007, AVANTECHNO initiated the development of its own next-generation mobile boring and welding complexes, designed to eliminate known technical shortcomings and improve operational reliability in demanding industrial environments.
Expansion into industrial automation
In 2024, following the opening of a new production facility and increasing customer demand, AVANTECHNO expanded its engineering activities into a new field — automated filling and dosing systems for powder coatings and bulk materials. This led to the development and serial production of the AVANTECHNO F-series filling lines, designed for industrial environments requiring precision, stability, and process efficiency
Founder & engineering foundation
AVANTECHNO was founded by engineer and inventor Vladimir Oksenkrug (1955–2021), who is the original developer of the AVANTECHNO mobile boring and welding complexes and the author of several patented engineering solutions used in the company’s equipment. His engineering approach was based on practical industrial experience and problem-solving in real-world repair conditions. This philosophy remains a key foundation of AVANTECHNO’s development culture today.
Engineering experience
Over more than 20 years of operation, AVANTECHNO has gained extensive experience in mobile equipment repair technologies across multiple industrial sectors. The company has executed numerous complex restoration projects in cases where conventional repair methods were not applicable. This experience directly informs the design of current AVANTECHNO systems, ensuring practical usability and reliability in field conditions.
R&D and custom engineering
AVANTECHNO’s mobile boring and welding complexes are developed based on long-term operational experience with industrial repair systems, with continuous improvements addressing known limitations and expanding functionality. The company’s in-house R&D team is capable of developing solutions for complex and non-standard industrial tasks, including custom tooling and specialized equipment design.
F-series development
The AVANTECHNO F-series automated filling systems were developed through detailed analysis of the requirements of leading powder coating manufacturers. The resulting systems combine dosing accuracy, operational stability, and production efficiency, while allowing flexible integration into industrial production lines.
Production and international presence
AVANTECHNO operates its own production facilities in Bulgaria. The company is represented internationally through partners and distributors in Germany, Greece, North Macedonia, Kazakhstan, and Georgia.

Собственный инженерно-конструкторский отдел, позволяющий разрабатывать решения для любых сложных и нестандартных задач. Компания «Авантехно» имеет собственные офисы в России и Болгарии, а также дистрибьюторы в Греции и регионах России.
