AVANTECHNO
AVANTECHNO is a European engineering and production company in the area of industrial machinery. Our company is the developer and manufacturer of the AVANTECHNO mobile boring and welding complexes, as well as AVANTECHNO F-series automated filling and weighing machines for bulk materials.
The Company was founded in 2001 as an engineering integrator company aimed for development, marketing and popularization of advanced repair techniques for heavy-duty machinery. In the course of time our team gained significant experience in restoring the machinery parts of various types and selling portable boring and welding machines. Having thouroughly studied all the weak points and design drawbacks of existing machines, in 2007 AVANTECHNO started developping a new state-of-the-art boring and welding complex rid of all the known weaknesses.
In 2024 after opening a new production site, following numerous requests from our customers, we have successfully developped and started serial manufacture of automated filling line for powder coatings and other bulk materials.
The founder of AVANTECHNO company – engineer and inventor Vladimir Oksenkrug (1955-2021) is a developer of AVANTECHNO boring and welding complexes and author of a number of unique patented engineering solutions applied in AVANTECHNO machines.
The company acquired significant experience in mobile equipment repair technologies in a wide variety of branches over the 20 years of operations in this sphere.A large number of unique mechanism recovery works was carried out in cases where other repair technologies were discarded as inapplicable.
AVANTECHNO boring and welding complexes have been developed and designed on the basis of the many years of operation experience of the current repair equipment with due consideration given to all its drawbacks and improvement possibilities. The in-house R&D is capable of developing solutions for any complex and non-standard tasks, including special custom tooling.
The AVANTECHNO F-series automated filling lines were designed after a thorough study and in-depth analysis of the wants and needs of leading powder coating manufacturers. Therefore we could develop the machine which meets all the requirements for dosing machines, while offering more features for smooth and efficient production process.
Today AVANTECHNO possesses its own production facilities in Bulgaria and has official representatives in Germany, Greece, North Macedonia, Kazakhstan, and Georgia.
За более чем 20 лет работы в данной сфере накоплен колоссальный опыт применения технологий мобильного ремонта техники в самых разнообразных отраслях.
Проведено большое количество уникальных работ по восстановлению механизмов, когда ремонт другими технологиями был невозможен.
Расточно-наплавочные комплексы AVANTECHNO разрабатывались и проектировались с учётом многолетнего опыта эксплуатации существовавшего на тот момент ремонтного оборудования, были учтены все его недостатки и возможности для улучшения.
Всё оборудование AVANTECHNO производится в Европейском Союзе. Гарантийный срок на всё оборудование AVANTECHNO – 24 месяца.
Собственный инженерно-конструкторский отдел, позволяющий разрабатывать решения для любых сложных и нестандартных задач. Компания «Авантехно» имеет собственные офисы в России и Болгарии, а также дистрибьюторы в Греции и регионах России.
