On-site repair and reconditioning services
AVANTECHNO operates dedicated mobile service teams equipped with AVANTECHNO in-line boring and welding systems. We perform on-site restoration and reconditioning of worn components directly at the customer’s facility, eliminating the need for disassembly and transportation of large machinery.
Our team has extensive experience in solving complex and non-standard repair tasks across a wide range of industrial equipment.

Training in advanced repair technologies
We provide training for operators and technical personnel in modern mobile boring and welding technologies. Training includes both theoretical preparation and hands-on practical exercises using AVANTECHNO equipment.
Participants gain practical skills in machine setup, alignment, boring, welding, and field repair procedures based on real industrial applications.
Custom engineering and special solutions
AVANTECHNO has an in-house engineering and R&D department focused on developing custom solutions for complex and non-standard repair tasks involving cylindrical surfaces, heavy assemblies, and large industrial components.
When standard configurations or tooling are not sufficient, we design tailored technical solutions that adapt AVANTECHNO systems to specific geometries, access limitations, or operational requirements.
This includes the design and manufacture of:
- custom mounting fixtures for secure and precise installation of AVANTECHNO systems on non-standard parts
- alignment and centering devices for complex or multi-axis geometries
- auxiliary tooling and adapters for field operation under restricted access conditions
All solutions are developed in line with the core principles of AVANTECHNO technology: on-site operation, minimal disassembly, and high geometric accuracy under real industrial conditions.
Where required, our engineering team works directly with customer drawings, technical documentation, or physical components to develop reliable, field-ready solutions.
