Developed around real industrial requirements
The development of the F-Series began with visits to powder coating manufacturers to understand how filling and packaging were carried out in practice.
Before designing the machine, the AVANTECHNO team discussed the process with engineering, process and production managers, as well as the operators working with existing filling equipment. These conversations helped identify recurring problems, inconvenient working practices and areas where otherwise functional solutions could be improved.
The findings shaped the machine’s design priorities — from operator working height and reliable sensor operation in dusty conditions to stable box handling, access for adjustment and integrated check-weighing.
The resulting system reflects practical requirements gathered directly from the production floor, with filling, weighing and box handling developed as parts of one coordinated process.
POWDER COATING
Designed for the final stage of powder coating production
The F-Series was developed specifically for integration into powder coating production lines. In a typical process, raw materials are weighed and premixed, homogenised in an extruder, cooled and crushed, then ground and classified to obtain the required powder particle size. Before packaging, the finished powder passes through a final sieving stage.
The F21 / F31 is positioned at the end of this production process — downstream of the vibrating sieve. From there, the finished powder is supplied directly to the filling station, where it is automatically dosed, weighed, check-weighed and packed into the prepared box with PE liner.

Developed for powder coatings. Adaptable to other materials.
The F-Series filling principle can also be considered for other suitable free-flowing bulk materials.
For materials outside the original powder coating application, AVANTECHNO can assess the process and determine whether the F-Series can be used or adapted.
COMPLETE
From filling machine to complete packaging system
The F-Series can serve not only as an individual filling station, but also as the core of a complete automated packaging system.
AVANTECHNO can design, supply and integrate the full line built around the F-Series — including a case erector, PE bag inserter, F-Series filling and weighing station, PE bag closing station, box closer or sealer, conveyors, transfer sections and other intermediate stations required by the packaging process.
In addition to equipment supply, AVANTECHNO can carry out installation, line integration, commissioning and start-up support, delivering a complete packaging solution developed around the customer’s production process, packaging format and available layout.
ENGINEERING &
Engineered around the F-Series
The F-Series can be adapted to the customer’s specific production environment, packaging process and available layout.
AVANTECHNO can develop the auxiliary equipment and interface solutions required around the filling station — including material infeed arrangements, box handling, conveyors, transfer sections and intermediate process stations.
This engineering work also includes adaptation to the available space, connection to pneumatic and electrical systems, and coordination of control interfaces with the surrounding equipment. Where required, provisions can be made for integration of the F-Series control system into a wider production control concept.
AVANTECHNO also supports application-specific development where additional functionality is required. Depending on the project scope, this may include concepts such as production data collection, telemetry, package identification using barcodes or QR codes, and other customer-specific automation features developed as part of a dedicated engineering project. Such functionality is evaluated separately and, where applicable, developed within a dedicated custom-engineering scope.

Designed, manufactured and supported by AVANTECHNO
F-Series equipment is developed and manufactured by AVANTECHNO in Bulgaria.
Our in-house R&D and engineering cover the complete machine concept — from mechanical design and material handling to pneumatics, electrical systems and automation. This allows the equipment to evolve continuously based on practical production experience and the requirements of individual applications.
Manufacturing, assembly and testing are carried out at our own production facility. Keeping engineering and production within the same team allows design decisions to be verified in practice, improvements to be implemented quickly, and each machine to be tested as a complete system before delivery.
The same engineering team remains involved beyond manufacturing. AVANTECHNO provides installation, adjustment, commissioning and testing at the customer’s site when required, as well as technical support throughout the equipment’s service life.
