Packing station for bulk materials
AVANTECHNO F21 / F31
Designed for dosing and packaging of powder coatings and other bulk materials into standard boxes 40*30*40 cm as a part of continuous production lines.
Empty boxes are fed along a motorized conveyor belt to a pneumatic lever, the box is moved for loading through a loading pneumatic valve. Then the box is filled to a preset value in automatic mode.
After filling, the box is moved by a pneumatic lever to a roller conveyor, where the operator manually closes it.
At the end of the roller conveyor there are control scales.

- The required weight values are entered into the control panels of main scales and control scales
- Assembled empty boxes are placed on the conveyor
- The empty box is automatically fed under the dosing valve to the main scales
- The valve opens and the box is filled to the specified values
- When the set value is reached, the valve closes, the filled box is sent to the rollers by a pneumatic lever
- The next empty box is fed under the dosing valve and the cycle repeats
- The filled box reaches the control scales along the roller conveyor, the correctness of filling is checked according to the scales reading and the color of the traffic-light indicator
