AVANTECHNO presents an innovative technology of recovery of worn-out cylindrical joints, holes and fits surfaces of big-size assemblies and units of any heavy machinery.

The boring and welding complexes allow for operations of boring, welding and finish boring from a single clamping towards the part requiring recovery without disturbing the initial alignment. The technology includes the reconditioning of bores using a single machine tool (combining both boring and welding machine function) clamped directly on the defective assembly, without its dismounting or carrying out most of (dis)assembly works required for the conventional repair process (disengagement of hydraulic and pneumatic connections, untying of ropes, etc.). This is possible due to the clamping of the machine tool directly on the repaired assembly!

AVANTECHNO’s mobile repair technology allows for reconditioning of defective machinery in-situ, without dismounting and removal.
